Mike Clay of ESPN not only put out record predictions for each NFL team this upcoming season, but he went deeper, predicting the overall season statistics for key members of the Colts as well.

The Colts are an ascending team with a lot of the pieces of the puzzle in place for a successful season. They are incredibly stout in the trenches on both sides of the football, have Anthony Richardson back at quarterback, and several playmakers around him–not to mention that this is Year 2 under Shane Steichen, where we often see teams make a big jump.
“When you have your system in place, it helps big time, especially with the players understanding the verbiage and terminology,” head coach Shane Steichen said. “But really trying to stay on the cutting edge of things because this league is always changing. So if we can do that and build on what we did last year, I’ll be excited for the 2024 season.”
On the flip side, like every other team, the Colts have some question marks, particularly in the secondary. Richardson is also still relatively inexperienced, with just 98 career dropbacks, so there still may be growing pains in his second season. The AFC will also be a very tough conference once again.
