The exam to determine eligibility was the longest appointment out of the three I went to, and the staff answered all questions, addressed any concerns, and they have an incredible financing deal through Care Credit. Dr. Cornell and his team made me feel at ease (and I was really scared when it came to the procedure itself). After a nap following the procedure, I woke up with 20/20 vision and was in disbelief. I had a wonderful experience at Lasik Plus in Plano. I ultimately chose this location because of Dr. Smith’s experience with military fighter pilots and am glad I did. The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Katie was so patient with me during my initial eye exam and while she discussed the procedure and my options with me. Dr. Michael Do was gentle and kind, and was patient with me during his part of my exam and consultation and really took time to answer my questions. I only had one: which option was best for me. Even the financing staff was great. I had a smooth procedure and my recovery has been great. I’m less than a week into recovery and wake up every morning in awe of the world around me because I wasn’t able to enjoy the view without putting on my glasses first. I’m 45 (for those of you older birds who aren’t sure if this is for you) and chose to have my eyes corrected to eagle eyes as opposed to mono vision in each eye. I am so pleased with my results and highly recommend Lasik Plus of Plano.
