What are the parking options at BOK Center?

BOK Center does not own or operate any parking areas. There are over 9,000 available parking spots within a ten-minute walk of the arena. All privately-owned lots determine the rate for parking, and City of Tulsa requires an $8 per car charge for public parking. After 5pm all on-street metered parking is free. Please use the information below to help plan your visit to downtown Tulsa.

Is there accessible seating?

BOK Center strives to create a great experience for all guests. BOK Center under guidance and direction from the Americans with Disabilities Act has fully accessible restrooms, drinking fountains, counters and more to assist guests with disabilities. Accessible tickets/seating and wheelchair accessible seats are available in all price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. Tickets can be purchased at BOK Center box office during box office hours or through ticketmaster.com. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off on West 3rd Street between Denver Avenue and Frisco Avenue by the south entrance to BOK Center and the Box Office. Some events at BOK Center may have the City of Tulsa Police Department directing traffic to and from BOK Center. When an event calls for this, Disabled Guests may be directed to 1st and Denver by a Tulsa Police Officer. Sign Interpreters: BOK Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests that need assistance. Requests for this service must be received three weeks prior to the event. Wheelchair Assistance: BOK Center offers wheelchair service for guests who may need assistance to and from their seats. Guest Services attendants will be on site to assist. Wheelchair assistance is provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the limited number of wheelchairs available, they may not be borrowed or rented as seating during an event. If wheelchair assistance is necessary during an event, please notify the nearest staff member.

What are the general rules of BOK Center?

Outside food or beverages of any kind (alcoholic beverages included) may not be brought into BOK Center. For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, cameras (specifically cameras with professional/detachable lenses and flash) are not permitted. BOK Center reserves the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera that conflicts with the policy set by the event. Audio recorders, video recorders and digital cameras with video capabilities are prohibited during all events. The specific camera policy for an event can be found on the event page for that show.

Are children allowed?

Most events do not require a ticket for children under the age of two. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required. Some shows intended for young children (i.e., Sesame Street Live) require children over the age of one to have a ticket. To inquire about specific events, please call (918) 894-4200.
